What is Your Day Job or Profession?

Whenever I get a comment I always wonder what makes up that person.  I will admit that I literally click on every link and check every site that is embeded in my comments.  One one hand I am curious, and would be happy to discover a new site to read, on the other I want to make sure that they didn't link to garbage. That Curiousity then leads me to wonder, what do YOU during the day?  So I am not sure the response I'll get but this blogger wants to know about you instead of just putting my annoying awesome opinion [...]

Health Care Documents are Often Forgotten When Creating A Will

Do you have a Living Will  and a Health Care Proxy?  As I drafted a Last Will and Testament tonight, I thought to myself do people understand what these health care documents are, or better yet, do people know they even exist? While the documents themselves aren’t entirely difficult to understand, the choices you have to make prior to their drafting are very difficult.  Unlike your Last Will and Testament these documents answer the tough question, of what happens if I am not dead?  What if I can’t make health decisions? Evan Provides An Easy Fix to Illegal Immigration

I think I have an easy and constitutional fix to the illegal immigration problem.  I have had this idea for years, but it recently came up when discussing Arizona’s New Law. If you haven’t been following, Arizona just passed a law that requires, police to determine whether a person is in the United States legally. It also requires immigrants to carry their alien registration documents at all times and requires police to question people if there is reason to suspect they're in the United States illegally. If I had to venture a guess, I would guess that this law will eventually be found unconstitutional; [...]

Regardless of your Financial Situation Don’t Forget to be Happy!

My sister asked me the other day why I sounded like such a "Debbie Downer" all the time when I spoke to her on the phone. I apologized and told her I just have a lot on my mind. Later in the day she sent me an e mail with the "Dance Like Nobody Is Watching" Poem. I know it's nothing new, and that most people have already read it, but when I read her e mail I cried. Not necessarily tears of sadness, but tears because the poem is so very true. I wrote a post a while back titled Remembering [...]
