Thinking about Starting a Company - Here is a chance at a free LLC or Incorporation

I received an email from one of my sponsers today stating that they are offering free LLCs or Incorporation filings! I used to work for a law firm that charged anywhere from a couple hundred bucks to the thousands for this kind of work. I can’t vouch for the workmanship but a quick google search indicates that people have been generally happen with their work plus MyCorporation is backed by Inuit maker of Quicken.

Can’t decide which to choose – an LLC or Corporation? Inuit offers a tool to figure it out!

I would recommend using this service if you have a sole proprietorship and/or investment property. Why? Because without an LLC or S-Corp/C-Corp then you are personally liable for lawsuits. This is one of the first things I have my planners do when they meet a new client.
